When we have difficulties of some kind in the relationship with our mother or if she had them with hers it will affect us in various ways in our daily life: how we relate to other women, with our feminine side, with our menstruation, with our Motherhood, how we nurture and care, how we develop our talents, our inner world, our emotions and how we manage them, how we connect with abundance and prosperity, among many other things.
We do not realize how deep it affects us and how many dimensions it has, since we were not only in the womb of our mother, and we carry all the emotions that she lived from conception to our 7 years of life (our project meaning early childhood Included), but we were also in the womb of our grandmother as an oocyte (baby egg) When our mother's ovary was forming.
This means that also, everything our mother lived in her own sense project we have experienced. How much load does this entail? How many emotions, limiting beliefs, traumas and illnesses lived them all that time, which also accompanied them the rest of their lives, and then we learned it as part of the family legacy?
You don't get overwhelmed, yes, it can be very big. And depending on how we have been solving it throughout our lives, we will have detached ourselves from some of these invisible fidelity or will continue to do the same, or perhaps, to remark our need for individuality, we will do it just the opposite, and It may not work for us either. Since it would be a reaction to the inherited, rather than an option taken consciously.
So I wanted to share with you a workshop that I gave online on the healing of our maternal lineage and also a meditation, inspired by what I gave in that webinar, but improved, you can use every time you realize that you have a pattern related to your lineage Maternal and that you would like to heal.
You can also use it for the paternal lineage or both, but then you will have to imagine the participants that you want to bring. It is a very deep and powerful meditation that can reveal a lot of information and move instances in your life that were stagnant. So when you do it, do it with the awareness of being present and open to changes, especially during the 21 days after, as they will be the most mobilize you.
